Alma de Cuba-Philadelphia

hibiscus margarita

I went to Alma de Cuba with about 10 friends when I was in Philly. Yes I know Morimoto and Alma de Cuba, but hey two good nights of food was a gift to myself for Christmas.  We had a blast and spent about $650! The food was generous, the service was outstanding and the ambiance was great! The ceviche sampler was really a great place to start. The drinks were creative and tasty. I ordered the roasted pork and wow that was a lot of food. I think 3-4 people would be fine with just one dish. One of my friends got the tuna skewered with sugar cane. We called it tuna popsicles–it was very good. All of the fish dishes we ordered were outstanding that I sampled.  I highly recommend this place if you are in Philly anytime soon. You will enjoy the experience and the food immensely!

Sorry for the iPhone photos!
